Our Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy establishes the guidelines for preventing, identifying and combating illicit practices, reinforcing the company's commitment to ethical conduct, transparency and legal compliance.

The policy applies to employees, directors, service providers, suppliers and business partners, covering all operations and activities related to the company's business, regardless of where they are carried out.

In line with its Integrity Program, QLP Group adopts guidelines consistent with the main applicable anti-corruption laws, including Law No. 12,846/2013 (the Brazilian Clean Company Act), the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) of the United States, the UK Bribery Act of the United Kingdom, as well as other rules and regulations applicable in the countries where the company operates.

The policy covers topics such as bribery and corruption prevention, gifts and hospitality, conflicts of interest, due diligence of partners and third parties, investigation of irregularities, application of disciplinary measures, periodic training and a whistleblowing channel.
